AuraCare is clinic management software from SK Software and Technologies. It replaces queues, paper registers and double bookings with one simple system for the whole clinic, from the first appointment to the printed prescription and the day's collection.
What it does
- Patients: find any patient in seconds by name, mobile or city. Age is worked out from the date of birth, and the same patient cannot be entered twice.
- Doctors and sessions: doctors with English and Tamil names, their own fees and weekly off days; morning and evening sessions with appointment slots made for you.
- Holidays and leave: a holiday or a doctor's leave closes the day, so nobody books a closed day.
- Appointments: the whole day at a glance with the live status of every slot. Move a patient to another day, doctor or session; when a doctor is away, preview and move all their patients at once, or cancel a whole period with every patient's mobile number listed. Every move is logged with its reason.
- Billing: every visit is billed and numbered, walk-in bills included. Pay by cash, UPI or card, confirm, and the accounts update automatically. The printed bill carries your header in English and Tamil, with the amount in words.
- Doctor's desk and consultation: today's patients in reporting order, with symptoms, diagnosis and medicines from a drug master. Prescriptions print in English and Tamil with basic test values and the doctor's signature, or go out on WhatsApp.
- Lab tests and certificates: request lab tests from a master list (the nurse completes, the doctor approves) and issue numbered medical certificates ready to hand over.
- Accounts: cash, bank and UPI accounts whose balances move with every bill; expenses by type, payments to suppliers, receipts from customers and transfers. Every entry is numbered and confirmed, and confirmed entries are never edited.
- Reports: the collection report (appointments and walk-ins together, filtered by doctor, date and type) and the cash and bank statement with a running balance, ready to print for the auditor.
- Users and control: a login and a role for every person, permissions for what each user can view, add, edit or delete, a password policy, a list of who is signed in, approvals, notifications and audit logs.
- Backup: a daily backup at the time you choose, the last backups kept, and a second copy on a drive of your choice (USB, network or Google Drive).
