What it does
- Sales: make an estimate, turn it into an invoice in one step, split the GST, give a discount and round-off, and take old jewellery in exchange. Payments go to cash or bank, and simple returns are handled.
- Stock: track each piece by its tag, or track items by pieces and weight, with control over negative stock and the stock position at any moment.
- Karigar (goldsmith) accounts: give a karigar metal, old items, scrap or cash. Everything is converted to pure 24ct gold, so the account always balances. Record finished pieces, wastage and labour, create tags, pay advances, and settle leftover metal at the day's rate.
- Savings schemes: enrol customers in monthly schemes, collect instalments with printed receipts, and give every customer a clear passbook.
- Loans against gold and silver: enter items with weight, stone, wax and purity. EasyJewellery works out the pure weight, the loan value and the interest. Release, renew and track every loan, with cash and bank balances always right.
- Control you can trust: a complete audit trail, roles and permissions for every user, optional approvals for key documents, and a protected database for each company, with backups.
- Reports and dashboard: collection, stock and sales reports, the metal with each karigar, and dashboard cards chosen by each user.
